Returns

Although we hope you love your Pockets and Sedition products, there may be times when you need to return items to us. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order, to return anything to us for an exchange, repair or refund (*exclusions apply).

Returns will be accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. Faults agreed to be as a direct result of Pockets and Sedition's production process.

  2. Items from our standard sizing range, that have not been worn, and are not damaged.

  3. Incorrect sizes from a custom order that is as a result a Pockets and Sedition error.

Returns Will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. Items that have been worn or damaged by the customer.

  2. Incorrect sizes from a custom order that is as a result of customer error.

  3. Any face coverings.

To do so, simply follow the instructions below:

  1. In the first instance please make contact with us at pocketsandsedition@hotmail.com or by filling in our contact form found on on our contact tab here on our website. Please include the reason for return, order number, name and contact details.

  2. We aim to respond to your email within 7 working days.

  3. Once we have agreed on a repair, replacement or refund we will advise you of the process of return via email.

*Please note

  • We will not provide postage or reimburse postage for any return. We will however not charge postage for the return of any product to the customer as a direct result of a Pockets and Sedition fault as set out in the above returns policy.

  • Replacements will be subject to availability of material required. In the first instance an alternative will be sought before a refund is considered. 

Shipping

Our aim is always to get gorgeously finished Pockets and Sedition to you as quickly as we can. Currently we offer the following shipping options within the UK:

Only select "other" should you wish to instruct us on another method. We are happy to facilitate this and will invoice you for the cost once a method has been agreed upon. For example tracked delivery or shipping outside of the UK.

If a customer selects "other" we will contact them with the contact details given. Don't worry, this wont delay production. Pockets and Sedition can multi-task.

Amending your address is possible prior to your order being shipped. We ask that you’re as precise as possible when entering delivery details as we cannot be responsible for any charges incurred as a result of a parcel being undeliverable for any reason. In the first instance contact us at pocketsandsedition@hotmail.com or by filling in our contact form found on on our contact tab her on our website. We will do our best to make sure your Pockets and Sedition reach you.
